Item received damaged, loose stitching everywhere, very poor quality control, jacket felt ok on but has been returned awaiting a full refund. Not what I expected from this retailer.

Bought this for ny hubby.. Unfortunately you sent the wrong size. I was asjed to return item with no replacement being offered. When ordered their was a 25% duscount and pistage. Since being returned I hsve been left a bill if 3.95 fir pistage which was your error. Also I ordered another jkt as no replacement was offered and no discount. This is not the first time I have been asked for review! with no satisfactory outcome. Extremely disappointed

Quite pleased with this item but disappointed that the first one I ordered was the wrong size sent. I had to return it and now have credit but have been left with a postage charge that was nit my fault. It also had 25% off at the time if ordering the first one but that has not been taken into consideration when I reordered. Dusappoibted that I am keft out of pocket when it was your fault in the first place.

Comfortable and waterproof, except for the left pocket. Worn for dog walking in the recent storms. Out in the rain for 90 minutes. Everything dry except for left pocket which let water in. Tried it again and same result. Everything dry except for are around left pocket and it's contents.
