Review For Hexham Store
I first visited this store in January of this year knowing nothing except I wanted to start walking, I found the store to be welcoming and the staff exceptionally helpful. Among the many purchases on that day were my first North Face boots. Fast forward 6 months and I developed a problem with them so phoned the store and spoke to Claire who could not have been any more helpful. Today, 16/7/19, I visited again with my 6 month old boots and to my amazement, Carol and Jennifer exchanged them, without any issues at all and I am delighted with them. 5* store and staff. I will definitely return. :)
