It is definitely waterproof....
It is definitely waterproof. It is also very lightweight. I don't know if it will be warm enough for winter. The zip comes up so high at the front that you can't put the hood up and down without unzipping it a little first. At least the hood stays up in the wind. The XS is a really good size for my son who is 155cm tall and slightly built. It was a bit on the expensive side but I have wasted money on cheaper supposedly waterproof coats that weren't waterproof at all.

Superb quality coat
I bought this for my son as a christmas present. Does what is says on the tag! Excellent quality, it's a perfect fit and looks great. He has certainly put it to the test, he has been caught out in a few heavy downpours and severe winds! He says that it keeps him really warm and dry.
It's not a big bulky coat - very lightweight, but it really does do the job.

Not the cheapest of jackets, but what you pay is what you get. Keeps you warm and dry. Fits nicely and very comfortable. High quality product. Definitely recommend.
