Does exactly what it says. Can come lose but on the whole very good.
Maybe I didn't have it on my bag correctly but got caught in a heavy down pour on a long walk, when I stopped a lot have rain water had collected in the bottom of the cover and then socked through my bag, making everything inside even wetter than the outside. I will try it again on another wet day and see what happens
