Peter Storm Men’s Eskdale Waterproof Shoe

I am very pleased

These shoes have performed well on 2 long winter walks in muddy conditions. They’re comfortable and kept the water out.

This is my second pair. Really pleased. Comfortable and waterproof.

Not really been tested as yet not been out in heavy rain. Comfortable and sturdy.

These shoes are quite heavy and sturdy and are comfortable after they have neem worn a few times. I have had similar walking shoes in the past but the soles have come unstuck after about 18 months of moderate use. I am hoping these will last a bit longer. I bought them on offer which made them good good value - I think the normal retail price is too high.

I have purchased a number of Peter Storm walking shoes over the last 20 years and they have all been well made, comfortable and waterproof.
These have been exactly the same which is why I keep buying Peter Storm walking shoes.
As long as they keep making them like this I will buy them.

Have bought some expensive well known walking shoes over the years but these do just as well and are just as durable considering the lower price bracket. Comfartable and waterproof. Good for shorter walks but performs on long distance. Personally I will be going with peter storm in future as I find all boots wear out eventually so spending less is an advantage.

I have over the past years invested in some quite high profile walking shoes,and I'm afraid to admit,that I could have saved myself a considerable amount of money,if only.The discovery of these particular shoes have been a God send,nice and comfortable fit from the very start,I have a fairly wide foot and these are amazing, if you suffer from the same problem, you'll have no issues with these over long distances,fully waterproof,no problem,I am so pleased, that I can fully recommend.

Love these. Bought them just after new year and have worn them many times now, through snow, slush and water. Completely waterproof and stand up well to anything. Nice lightweight shoe and plenty room too. I've wide feet and these are great. I absolutely love them and will definitely buy another pair once these are done. Got them for a great discounted price too. Look really cool too. Absolutely outstanding shoe, cannot praise them highly enough. 10/10 all day long.

I'm delighted to be able to say how very pleased I am with these shoes. I wear them two or three times a day, often through wet grass, puddles and marshy ground when walking my dog. Almost every day these shoes get a good soaking and yet I have never got wet feet. They are very comfortable and provide good grip over most terrains.

Good value waterproof walking shoes. Excellent gripping sole. Only time will tell how long they stay waterproof and free from defects.

Bought this pair of shoes in March and was very comfy and effective in my daily use to walk to work and back and through hikes including wading in water and it performed very well. However it suddenly started to split in one shoe and break inside and the inner sole was quite worn off towards the 9 month mark. Whilst not too bad for a daily use shoe, I didn't quite expect it to need replacing this soon. Would I buy again? perhaps yes, for a slightly lower price say if priced around the £30 - £35 mark.

Good, sturdy footwear at an excellent price. Have purchased this footwear before and never had a problem with them.

Very comfortable to wear however, to think that they are supposed to be waterproof and fitted with a goretex membrane, my feet were wet on my first outing out in the rain!! I know that I only paid £34 pound but they normally retail at £80! Very disappointing and they definitely did not meet my expectations. I’ll stick to Solomon or Merrill I’m the future.
