Having spent £100s in different types of work bags I’d given up. My back was killing me, despite having only the bare essentials. Literally, just laptop, bank card, reading glasses and company ID.My daughter suggested I try a bag with just one pocket. I wasn’t convinced but ordered this one. I weighed both bags with and without contents and they weighed the same. The big difference was when I put them on my back. This one is so much lighter and more comfortable. If I then use the chest and or hip straps. Even better.

Good for running to work

Perfect back pack for cycling to work.
Excellent quality as you would expect from Osprey. Very comfortable shoulder straps that are fully adjustable. Also has chest and waist straps to secure the bag in place and a handy attachment for a light to make you more visible. It can even fit my 15"laptop in the dedicated pocket. I would highly recommend this bag.
