Very comfy boots straight out of the box. I have had these boots about 2 years and love them.
I first wore them doing a hike up ben nevis in March 2018 and as I said, perfect out of the box, they are very well padded inside and have a solid tread so won't over bend while walking on rocks.
The grip is great, I always felt 100% sure footed and never once felt like I would slip even on the snow coverd summit.
They are completely waterproof so walking through streams was not an issue.
Great boots, well worth the price.
