Everything was in the pack to get me on the water in very little time. From arrival on the bank to floating down he river took 15 minutes. I was solo. Although you can use it solo it clearly suffers for it, seating position is to far back making it back end heavy and thus affects tracking in the water. That being said, it did what I wanted, a relaxing ten mile down stream. Handling the occasional grade 2 rapids. As a kayak config the oars a crud, water runs off them into boat. Seats are terrible. Can't inflate them. Despite the negatives I am still impressed for the price it's top notch.
