Brasher Men's Country Master Walking Boot

Purchased these boots 2021.The left hand boot started leaking across the toe crease after 13 months.The leather had degraded and although I had kept these boots well maintained I’m under the impression that the quality of manufacture has deteriorated.Also on the right boot one of the lacing rings pulled away from the upper.What a shame as these boots should be fit for miles of walking looking at the soles.Brasher had been my preferred boot over past decades.I still have 2 pairs that are years old ,waterproof and sound.Needless to say I am looking for a pair of boots not made in China.Big ask.

I have been a big fan of Brasher boots ever since they were first developed back in the 1970s and then manufactured by K shoes in Kendal. They offer the walker strong support without excessive weight. Buying outdoor kit on line always seems a tad risky - especially footwear - but when I tried the boots on arrival they fitted perfectly. Since then I have been able to field test them on a linear walk between Hellifield and Settle - 9+ miles and to use a well worn cliché I " "hardly knew I had them on" so comfortable were they on my feet. Strong soles with excellent grip for anyone out walking on a regular basis should look no further than Brasher.

These boots fit my feet exactly and are really comfortable. They seem well made and are solid quality

Perfect fit for me as were my last pair of Braisher boots that lasted over 15 years. Shame they are now made in China. Would have rated 5 star if UK/European made.

The product was fantastic. Delivery excellent. However, I had to reluctantly return the boots and it took me two weeks to have my money refunded.

My last pair lasted nearly 3 years. I use them twice a day, every day to walk my dog. Hope the new pair last as long !!

Ask me after Christmas - they are a present, not yet opened, from my daughter.

Boots seem very well made …top quality materials …good fit …can’t give five stars as unable to comment on longevity but would think they will be fine…bought whilst on offer so very pleased with price

Had my eyes on these for years and now hope they will remain waterproof for much longer than previous purchases. Slight niggles are the size as I had to exchange for a size up in store which was no problem but both pairs also appear to be made up of boots with slightly different colours, as if made in different factories? Only worn them a few times so far, so time will tell in regard to longevity.

This is the second pair that I have had recently, blame the amount of dog walking during lockdown, although i don't feel that these are comparable to the last pair. Time will tell if they live up to the name of Brasher, but I definitely think that they are a bit tighter than the last pair and the laces seem a bit shorter too!

My first walk using these boots was the wettest I’ve experienced and my feet remained very warm and dry. Not only do they look good but they feel solid. Very happy with my purchase.
