Tamar 2 bought in September 2019 two days before a continental trip.
Unpacked the bag and it was missing guy lines - still not received so check yours before your trip. The tent was good quality; zips and seams all good, stayed dry inside through rain and dew. Happy with the tent / would buy another.
Quick assembly.
Porch is adequate for footwear but lacks a ground sheet. A two euro tarpaulin folded beneath the tent, protected the underside from stones and made a porch floor.
Comfortable for two people with little gear. Ideal for one person with more gear.
Repacks into storage bag.

I got this rent based on the fact of its over 4 star reviews. It's safe to say this is the Worst tent I've ever had, I bought it for a camping weekend and within an 1 hour all the zips kept splitting and then broke so I couldn't properly shut the door. This ruined my weekend as it looked to everyone like I had bought the cheapest tent.

I recommend to everyone to either shop for a tent at either go outdoors or mountain warehouse... Or even tesco as they are selling 4 man tents cheaper than this fake reviewed one.

I look forward to hearing from millets if they 'even' do contact me.

Shoddily made failed at first outing

I am a 61 year old lady who camps alone. It takes me about 10 minutes to pitch this tent. Last year it kept me safe and dry, on a hill, in gale force winds and rain using good tent pegs. I consider the quality of the tent to be excellent. I am usually away for 10 to 14 days at a time and have used it 5 times in 15 months and it still looks brand new.
It would have been improved by having a window in the door but that is a minor critisism.

Not used yet but excellent value for money. My Tamar 3 man is a good tent

I’ve had this tent a few years, but felt after this weekend’s biblical weather in Wembury, Devon, it deserved a review. Literally the only tent to remain unharmed out of more than 100, this truly beat the elements.

I have had my Tamar for 3 years now and it is an excellent companion for a motorcycle tour. Very quick and easy to pitch and the outer sheet goes up first to ensure the inner tent remains dry if it's raining.
It's sturdy and waterproof when erected and the inner mesh keeps the bugs and midges at bay as you sleep soundly inside.
Fits a single blow up bed plus 2X panniers,1X rollbag helmet,boots ect. Would fit 2 at a squeeze but definitely comfortable one and I highly recommend this product.

Good tent withstood hard wind and drizzles of rain. Fit 2 inside with double air bed (which took up pretty much the whole inside space so pretty cramped especially with loads of stuff in there too) 'Storage area not so big and no ground sheet but good for shoes kept them dry. Keep drinks just underneath tent keeps them cool! Best for one person but definitely did its job! Perfect size wrapped up and really light. Will keep in the car for spontaneous camping.

Does what a tent should do - keeps you dry and out of the wind. Uncomplicated little tent, great fun, no stress. Perfect tent for 3 season camping at lower levels. Great value.

These eurohike tents are easily put up, tough and will last a long time if properly looked after. They really are great value for money!

Great entry backpack tent. Quality/weight/performance. bit tight for 2 with kit. Go Tamar 3 if you need more space. Great price. you'd be hard pressed to get a better tent for the money.....

Was surprised when it arrived to find it had a separate ground sheet, which wasn't really what we wanted. Millets description didn't really make this quite clear. May stick with it and see how it goes

Perfect for one person and festivals in the UK, totally waterproof, easy to put up and down. It is not really big enough for 2 people and all your belongings so would get for 1 person only
