Returns
Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so by taking your purchase to your nearest store within 28 days of date of dispatch. Goods can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of dispatch. Please note that stores cannot accept returns on items purchased as part of a "3 for 2" promotion. Alternatively, for your convenience, we are pleased to offer Collect+ as an easy way to return products to us. Collect+ has parcel drop off points in over 4,500 local stores, most are open early until late, 7 days a week so you can return items at a time and place that suits you. If you don't have a store nearby or just don't have time to visit your local store, a refund can be obtained by returning the goods by post. However, please ensure that you use a tracked service and remember to include your Postal Returns Note (included with your original order).
In all instances the goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a 28 day refund or exchange.
Please note: we cannot exchange or accept a return on swimwear, with the exception of faulty merchandise.

Great bag for that long weekend away or the longer trek. Easy access to main compartment as zip goes almost all the way around.
Only downside is that bag is suppose to be part of the itrak system. Mine was obviously a duff one as it has no tag sewn in, too much effort to return so will use without!

I bought this travel pack as a way to avoid using suitcases while away with my family.
As we don't drive we need to carry everything with us and with a 18 month old there are many bits and pieces that need taking. I didn't really get much of a feel for the item before purchase but once in use it's easy to see the benefits.
* The expander zips give you that additional space were a nice feature that means storage when not in use is kept to a minimum.
* We used a the de-attachable daysack each day as a baby bag, again the expander zips in this item were unexpected but certainly improved the storage.
* Another item that isn't shown is the shoulder strap for using the travel pack as more of a kit bag ideal when you are getting on and off trains.
* I think it's also worth pointing out that the back-straps and hip belt can be covered by the hideable zip-up flap when not needed.
We filled the main bag to the brim and despite the bulky shape the product was manageable, we will certainly be used over suitcase for any short trips away.
A really good product that I'd advise anyone in need of more than average space to purchase.

I bought this in-store (for rather more than the price seen here) for a 2-week tour in Vietnam. Despite being comfortably inside the airline's weight limit, the stitching in both shoulder straps came apart within the first week of use. Sadly I can't find the receipt but if the shop does the decent thing processes refund from my credit card statement and their records then I will come back and acknowledge their assistance.

this is like a TARDIS, the expandable zips make it very versatile, neat to pack away, but large enough for any girl!!
