Returns
Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so by taking your purchase to your nearest store within 28 days of date of dispatch. Goods can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of dispatch. Please note that stores cannot accept returns on items purchased as part of a "3 for 2" promotion. If you don't have a store nearby or just don't have time to visit your local store, a refund can be obtained by returning the goods by post. However, please ensure that you use a tracked service and remember to include your Postal Returns Note (included with your original order).
In all instances the goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a 28 day refund or exchange.
Please note: we cannot exchange or accept a return on swimwear, with the exception of faulty merchandise.

I'm so disappointed with these boots. Im a fit and active size 10 woman, so as you can guess I'm pretty slender. These boots would have me believe otherwise; Talk about being tight around the calf! They are nicely priced and well made, but tiny on the leg! If you have legs larger than a stick, don't bother buying them *Mummyoftwo walks silently away to buy boots that fit*

The pair bought were to replace an identical pair, which have been brilliant, and which I have been using daily for three years.
The fit is excellent, many size 7 green wellies come in unisex and are too wide. However, they are hard to find and I was so pleased to find them on Millets' website. I bought 2 pairs which should last another 6 or 7 years
