Returns
Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so by taking your purchase to your nearest store within 28 days of date of dispatch. Goods can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of dispatch. Please note that stores cannot accept returns on items purchased as part of a "3 for 2" promotion. Alternatively, for your convenience, we are pleased to offer Collect+ as an easy way to return products to us. Collect+ has parcel drop off points in over 4,500 local stores, most are open early until late, 7 days a week so you can return items at a time and place that suits you. If you don't have a store nearby or just don't have time to visit your local store, a refund can be obtained by returning the goods by post. However, please ensure that you use a tracked service and remember to include your Postal Returns Note (included with your original order).
In all instances the goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a 28 day refund or exchange.

Usual Merrell quality - my last ones lasted 6 years and still hold together now but a bit tatty for best. Remarkably, the inner lining still looks like new despite these being my main footwear all that time.Unfortunately, I forgot that my last ones were 9.5 (the size info had worn off from inside the tongue) so I went for a 9, knowing that Merrells come up small (I'm normally 8.5 or 9). The 9s were too tight so I had to swap for 10s - [...]. However, the 10s are slightly too big - I'm not complaining because they were a bargain but I would have thought an outfit the size of Millets could offer half sizes which are available from other, smaller retailers.

Fairly wide but a bit short for the size. Lacing good for adjusting the fitting. Good sturdy sole. You could wear these every day if you wanted.

Bought both the olive & red versions. Really comfortable to run & cycle in. Note that the sizing is fairly small - I'm normally an 8.5 yet bought a 10 !

These shoes are a replacement for an identical pair which i bought some years ago. They wore out after a couple of years because I wore them so often, and I liked them so much I bought the same pair again. They are excellent quality, durable and long-lasting. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went a half size up, and found it a perfect fit.
The charcoal material does attract the dust in dry walking conditions.

my first pair lasted 12 months of hard wear i loved tem so much that when they dies i bought the thhem again
they have been up and dowm many canals and all over london and paris
as well as walking in the french alps and the pyrenees
and made it through a very wet 7 day festival in hungary
