Returns
Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so by taking your purchase to your nearest store within 28 days of date of dispatch. Goods can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of dispatch. Please note that stores cannot accept returns on items purchased as part of a "3 for 2" promotion. Alternatively, for your convenience, we are pleased to offer Collect+ as an easy way to return products to us. Collect+ has parcel drop off points in over 4,500 local stores, most are open early until late, 7 days a week so you can return items at a time and place that suits you. If you don't have a store nearby or just don't have time to visit your local store, a refund can be obtained by returning the goods by post. However, please ensure that you use a tracked service and remember to include your Postal Returns Note (included with your original order).
In all instances the goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a 28 day refund or exchange.
Please note: we cannot exchange or accept a return on swimwear, with the exception of faulty merchandise.

These are the best boots I have ever had.They are very comfortable,light weight and my feet are kept completely dry. I am confused as to the negative reviews I have read. It is as if they are talking about a different boot altogether. Use for walking in New Forest and local dog walks.I could use these all day long including pavement walking.

The boots leaked first wet walk - a lot of money for rubbish. I walk with local ramblers and do not endorse these boots just advise people not to buy!

I walk to work so need waterproof boots. These boots leak after a couple of months. They are labeled as water proof but like most HI-Tec boots leak.
My feet were soaked after 20mins walk (wet Feet socks etc all day) So much for the special membrane.
These boots are rubbish.

The boots look the part and are extremely comfortable, but on my first walk in the wet, walking the dog around a local park, they leaked badly.

Want wet feet when you go walking? then these are the boots for you. My first walk with these boots was like paddling, my feet were wet through. These boots were replaced by Millets for an identical pair which were just the same, wet feet. I contacted Hi Tec who explained that there had been a problem with the boots and replaced them with an updated version. Result wet feet. I would not buy another pair of Hi Tec boots ever.

I needed replacement of my walking boots that were only 30 years old and decided on these HiTec boots after watching Brian Blessed try a pair on Channel 5's Gadget Show, giving very favourable comment.
I find them very comfortable, smart, flexible, well-padded, whilst allowing full ankle flexure - even when tightly laced to the top hooks. Well satisfied. Speedy delivery from Millets.

Owned the boots for 6 weeks and used them once or twice a week. At end of muddy hike, just clean them with a wet cloth, that's all.
