We believe we offer the best service both online and in-store. We have a dedicated customer services team based in the UK who are waiting to answer your calls and e-mails promptly and efficiently. Our team love the outdoors and the products we sell, and are constantly receiving up-to-date training on the latest technologies and new product ranges.

Returns policy
We're passionate about the products we sell and we want you to share this passion. If you're not entirely satisfied with a product though - whether you feel it doesn't live up to your expectations or it simply doesn't fit properly, just return it to your local Millets store along with your despatch note.
Our staff in store will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have, offer advice and recommend alternative products. We will of course be able to offer an exchange or a refund.*
If you don't have a Millets store nearby or just don't have time to visit your local store, you can also send your purchase back to our Returns Centre via Recorded Delivery. Just send back to us the product you purchased along with your Postal Returns Note (included with your purchase) and upon receipt of it, we'll investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
* Faulty or unopened products only. Goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase. Items purchased as part of a "3 for 2" promotion cannot be returned to our stores.
