Returns
Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so by taking your purchase to your nearest store within 28 days of date of dispatch. Goods can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of dispatch. Please note that stores cannot accept returns on items purchased as part of a "3 for 2" promotion. Alternatively, for your convenience, we are pleased to offer Collect+ as an easy way to return products to us. Collect+ has parcel drop off points in over 4,500 local stores, most are open early until late, 7 days a week so you can return items at a time and place that suits you. If you don't have a store nearby or just don't have time to visit your local store, a refund can be obtained by returning the goods by post. However, please ensure that you use a tracked service and remember to include your Postal Returns Note (included with your original order).
In all instances the goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a 28 day refund or exchange.
Please note: we cannot exchange or accept a return on swimwear, with the exception of faulty merchandise.

Dark blue colour is not best in hot and sunny climates - a lighter colour would be better, but not available in 36long unfortunately. The dark blue also looks a bit like a boiler suit!

I am 34 waist 32 leg - fairly average but tried a lot of lightweight trousers on for a trip to the far east without finding the right fit. 34R fitted perfectly. Lots of pockets. Very lightweight so I hope will dry quickly - not expecting them to be monsoon proof.

Advertised as shower resistant: they ain't. I got wet riding my bike to work - caveat emptor. Otherwise, excellent fit, excellent price, excellent service. Ordered Sunday evening, delivered Monday morning!

Light, comfortable fabric, hard wearing, good in hot weather, useful pockets. A stain-repellent finish would be even better - stains show easily on the light green colour.
