Improve your balance and ease the load on your legs when trekking by using a walking pole. The Leki Soft Antishock System featured on this walking pole reduces stress on the joints, muscles and ligaments, and can be switched on or off. It adjusts from 75 — 135cm using the Super Lock System and has an ultrasonic finish, a Carbide Flextip with a rubber tip and an interchangeable basket system for trekking on different terrains. On easy treks one pole should be sufficient but on varied terrain, or when carrying a load, it is recommended that you use two poles for extra stability and support.
