Ease the load on your legs and improve your balance on rugged and rocky terrain by using this fully telescopic walking pole. You can easily adjust the height to suit you with an alloy locking mechanism and the soft antishock system reduces stress on your joints, muscles and ligaments. If you're doing a more gentle walk, you can turn the antishock system off. It has a rubber handle, adjustable webbing strap, an interchangeable basket and a tungsten tip with a protector. On easy treks one pole should be sufficient but on varied terrain, or when carrying a load, it is recommended that you use two poles for extra stability and support.
