You will receive an email when your goods are on their way.
Returns
Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so by taking your purchase to your nearest store within 28 days of date of dispatch. Goods can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of dispatch. Please note that stores cannot accept returns on items purchased as part of a "3 for 2" promotion. If you don't have a store nearby or just don't have time to visit your local store, a refund can be obtained by returning the goods by post. However, please ensure that you use a tracked service and remember to include your Postal Returns Note (included with your original order).
In all instances the goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a 28 day refund or exchange.
Please note: we cannot exchange or accept a return on swimwear, with the exception of faulty merchandise.

Comments about Eurohike Hydro 50+ Backpack:
Great value for money pack. The waterproof liner idea is great. I mostly use the pack without the liner at the moment, but can see it being put back in when winter comes around. Comfortable straps, even when fully loaded. It is easy to attach my tent and roll mat to the outside. The top waterproof section is good for protecting mobile phones and the hip belt pocket is a good place to store sweets.
