You will receive an email when your goods are on their way.
Returns
Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so by taking your purchase to your nearest store within 28 days of date of dispatch. Goods can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of dispatch. Please note that stores cannot accept returns on items purchased as part of a "3 for 2" promotion. If you don't have a store nearby or just don't have time to visit your local store, a refund can be obtained by returning the goods by post. However, please ensure that you use a tracked service and remember to include your Postal Returns Note (included with your original order).
In all instances the goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a 28 day refund or exchange.
Please note: we cannot exchange or accept a return on swimwear, with the exception of faulty merchandise.

This bag is surprisingly well constructed. It can be converted into a backpack which I didn't expect at all. The end pockets have a flexible lining which allows them to be stuffed huge, extending into the main compartment or not used at all and so letting the main compartment be as big as the bag itself. The handles are very strong too.
I'll use this for air travel. I'll carry this bag in my carry-on luggage and will use it as my checked in luggage for the way back.

this bag was at first glance expensive however I bought it and two others for comparison as i use many of these and the quality and strength and versitility is outstanding, real value for money. Berghaus is a bergain house
