Ranger 3 is a high specification compass, yet it is very easy to use. It has a bearing scale in two degree intervals, a magnifying lens for detailed map reading and a luminous north indicator on the compass needle, which can be handy when the sun goes down. The map measuring scales are 1:25,000, 1:50,000 and in millimetres. Size 10.5x5.5cm, supplied with a lanyard.
