Payment
You can pay using your credit or debit card that either is a VISA, Master Card, Switch, Maestro, Delta, Solo, Visa Electron or American Express card. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. We will not deduct the value of your order from your card until the goods are despatched.
We are unable to accept payment by cheque, Style cards, Duet Cards, cash, postal orders or gift vouchers.
To give you even more confidence in shopping online with Millets.co.uk, we have introduced Verified by Visa and Mastercard® SecureCode™. These services enhance your existing credit/debit card accounts against unauthorised use when you shop with us.
To use this service, you must first register with the bank or other organisation that issued your card.

Once you have registered and created your own private password with your card issuer, you will be automatically prompted at the checkout when the card is being processed to provide this password each time you make a purchase.
Please note: Your Verified by Visa and Mastercard® SecureCode™ password is related to your credit/debit cards and is not your Millets.co.uk customer account password. Millets.co.uk does not have access to your Verified by Visa or Mastercard® SecureCode™ password.
Delivery address
Millets can deliver your goods to any address within the UK including the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. We can also accept BFPO orders. However we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands at this time.
Selecting your home address
The delivery address will automatically default to the billing address associated with your payment card, which is usually your home address.
Selecting an alternative address
Should you wish to send the goods to an alternative address, you can specify this in the delivery address form as you proceed through the checkout. This can be a residential or business address.
To make life easier, you can set-up an account on millets.co.uk where you can store your favourite addresses. This will save you time and avoid the hassle of filling out forms again when you next order from us.
Delivery charges
Standard Delivery
Most orders are delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Occasionally, however, we may experience unexpected problems with availability. In these circumstances, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Should we not be able to deliver your order within 5 working days, we will e-mail you, to let you know. Delivery charges are applied according to a simple banding structure based on the value of your order. You are only charged once per order.
Our current charges per order (as at 1st March 2006) are:

Express Delivery
If you choose Express Delivery, your order will be sent via courier service to arrive next working day, if you place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday. Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your products are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded. Our current charge per order (as of 22nd January 2008) is £6.95.
Tracking your order
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an e-mail confirming that they're on their way. Your goods will be delivered by one of three methods depending on the size of the parcel.
- Royal Mail for all small parcels that can be easily posted to you.
- Proof on delivery signature service for all parcels up to 25kg. Our carriers deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm.
- Special scheduled delivery for consignments that require a two-man operation for bulky, heavy items.
