Exchange & Refunds

We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased on our website or from our catalogues. If you wish to return or exchange a product to us for any reason you may do so within 28 days of the date of dispatch. We will refund the price of the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged packaging. The delivery charge is non-refundable except where the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that we cannot exchange or accept a return on swimwear, with the exception of faulty merchandise.

How to return or exchange products

If you would like to return product(s) to us then you can do so by:

  • Going to your local Millets store OR
  • Returning the product(s) to our Returns centre

Going to your local Millets store

You can return or exchange goods at any Millets store but must present your delivery note as proof of purchase. If you choose to receive a refund, the store will refund the price of the product(s) as shown on your delivery note, to the same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods. Alternatively, you may exchange product(s) for goods of equal value, for which you will receive a new receipt.

Returning a product to our Returns centre

You can return products purchased through our website or via catalogue to our Returns centre. The value of the returned product(s) at the time of purchase will be refunded in full to the same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods. If you wish to receive replacement goods, please order them in the normal way via our website or our call centre. We regret that currently we are unable to exchange goods via our Returns centre.

Please note that products originally purchased from a Store can only be exchanged or refunded in a Store and cannot be returned to the Returns centre.

To return product(s) to the Returns centre, please use either the Royal Mail postal service (for small parcels) or contact our customer services team to use our collection service. If the item is small and can be returned in the original packaging (e.g. jiffy bag) then please use the returns label attached to your delivery note. In all other circumstances, please call our customer service team on 0800 389 5861. They will arrange a suitable time with our carrier to collect the parcel from you.
