It is very good...
It is very good for the job. I do not appreciate getting calls to my landline early in the morning advising me of the order’s progress through your system when I have already received an email. No phone calls or this will be my last order!

Twice Millets sent the wrong colour, even going into the Millets shop and ordering I didn’t get my hat !!!!!
And they were still advertising the hat on their website

I have attempted to purchase this grey hat twice and have received the khaki version each time. I have rung customer service twice and been told on both occasions to return the items, paying the postage myself, which would be refunded once the incorrectly sent items were received by Millets. At no point has anyone offered to locate the correct item and send it to me. Your customer service is, quite frankly, appalling and it is making me think twice about purchasing my outdoor clothing and shoes elsewhere.
