Made from ripstop Protex® 70 denier polyester, the flysheet boasts a 5000mm Hydrostatic Head so you are going to remain dry even in the heaviest of rain storms, whilst the strength of the tent is increased by the tension band system keeping the tents rigid shape and helps when changing winds are buffering the tent. The porch is large enough to stand in with diamond clear windows and skylights letting in as much natural light as possible. It also features a clip riser ground sheet for clean, dry ground underfoot. This tent is perfect for large groups of family and friends when storage space is so useful to have in and around.

I have only used...
I have only used this once so far, in a one night camping motorcycle trip. The packed tent is incredibly light for such a large tent and the large porch space is ideal for standing in when getting into/out of motorcycling gear. Just what I was looking for. Easy for one person to put up, although I imagine it could be challenging in breezy conditions for just one person. I erected the tent in my garden before taking it on my trip, and left the groundsheet and sleeping section clipped into the tent when I folded it away. This made life so much easier when erecting it at the camp site. Took only 20 mins to erect at camp site. Early days, but I think this tent will prove to be good value. Looks like a quality product and well made. Amazingly it packs away back into the supplied bag no problem, without the need for brute force to make it fit.
Tent for taller people
Having owned a variety of tents over the years o bought this for use at 4 day events often in wet weather. The large living area is great as it is far easier to remove full wet weather gear when you can stand up properly, it's also large enough to accomodate 4 people sat on chairs.
It takes me far longer than 18 mins to erect the tent and I have found it tricky to pitch correctly to avoid folds etc but it has withstood some pretty awful weather so I would recommend.
Not as expected
Bought this tent for 2 people to go on the motorbike, as the tent is only 5.6kg and fits in our top box. Put this up in the garden expecting the guide ropes to be orange. Quite disappointed when we unwrapped it and found them to be green and not very reflective as stated. I think this will be a problem as they blend in with the grass. Also there is no hook in the sleeping area for a light to be hung up. Come on Vango this is not as good as the stelvio??? For the money it is pricey, could be better.....

Tent is great, and discounted, delivery on time, its a little more than some of the other retailers, but a.more reliable company
Bought this last year for when I go camping on my own. Used last weekend for first time 22nd July and it was raining and it leaked from the stitching on the skylite and aslo one of the windows. Love the actual tent design but the quality of manufacture of the tent are very poorly finished which is such a shame as would expect a lot better from Vango
