after a disappointing days shopping in Birkenhead Pyramids Centre myself and my friend visited your store and what a pleasure to come across such an enthusiastic and extremely proficient and welcoming member of staff named Rory nothing was too much trouble for him he took the time to assist us with our purchase and talk us through all the products on offer and assisted us with an item not in his department he stayed with us throughout our visit and introduced us to Adam the cashier who in turn was equally helpful both staff members are a credit to your store and brightened up our day

Bought the 12+ size even though my feet are 10 - 11. These socks are way too small. Could barely get them on. They just about fit my wife - shoe size 7. The cuffs are also far to tight, even for my wife, so she has to turn them down to ank;le level. Something clearly wrong with the sizing.
