I was sent the wrong size. Millets do not have an exchange system, instead I would need to return it and order it again. When trying to return it, I was told to take it to a shop; this would take a hour's £9.00 bus journey to reach. 2 out of 3 of the other options meant paying for postage. Poor online service due to the company guidelines. I won't be ordering online again in a hurry.
