The Merrell Men's Intercept Walking Shoe has a low-cut construction and are moulded to support the feet during changes in terrain or activity. They have a Vibram® outsole for traction on tricky surfaces and a shock absorbing air cushion in the heel to add stability.

Comfortable,Practical and fits like a glove
A good well made and hard-wearing comfortable walking shoe. Fits like a glove and no breaking in required. Only problem was rubber on sole near heel wore down to quickly to a hole after less than 12mths of wearing them.

Ordered size 11 but...
Ordered size 11 but found left shoe tight at toe. Size 12 would be too big☹️
comfortable fit but.......
These shoes have been a great buy until recently. They are comfortable and give good support. You can walk confidently on a range of surfaces due to the Vibram sole. However, the rubber at the toe end of the shoe is so thin that it has split, just a year after purchase. At this price I would expect better.

Bought husband a pair of Merrell walking shoes. Bought the size bigger based on reviews and did the right thing. Good fit. Well made product.Definitely recommend these shoes. I have two pairs myself.

I like Merrell Shoes - The Intercept is good looking shoe, sturdy, well made comfortable and the Vibram sole grippy. Go a size up as they are US size so I’m a UK 10 I get a size 11

just I wanted at a good price
style and comfortable
The Intercept are are about comfort and grip i have had my about 18 mouth and there are still going strong and i use my for work and i am on my feet all day long.
The rubber sole on the heel wears down to a hole to quickly in less than 12mths. The sizes come up small so go one size up. They fit like a glove and don't need breaking in. I have purchased three pairs in 18mths. All of them wore down to a hole on the rubber heel.
