Just what was needed...
Just what was needed to carry in case of a shower. Folds easily into carry case. Bought in the sale so excellent value for money. Only drawback is that it doesn’t seem too robust - seams might easily tear - so will only be taken and used when rain might happen rather than a first choice rain jacket.
good for light rain/showers. forget heavy rain.
I have owned this jacket for a couple of years now. I like how small it packs down and the fact that it has a hood and is relatively breathable (it's no gore-tex).
BUT - I took this jacket on a wild camping trip to Dartmoor and let me tell you it will not stand up to a heavy downpour.. it leaked and made me very cold and wet.
It also has a poor quality zip which has broken already.
It's a light weight, very packable and affordable jacket for showers and light rain on day hikes. Do not trust this for backpacking/multi day adventures. Invest in something better for long trips.
Handy and lightweight.
Used twice recently in heavy showers, did not let me down. Ideal to pack in my day bag.

Very pleased with the product, lightweight and suitablefor my new canoe adventure.
Mens' packble waterproof jacket at a sensible price
Good quality packable compact lightweight waterproof jacket to replace a 10 year old well worn Peter Storm packable jacket.
Good value for money. Water and windproof and takes up no space in rucksack. worn over a fleece gives good protection in winter weather and worn over a tee-shirt keeps you dry and cool in summer.
