Ok for dogwalking, good fabric but the fit can be improved
Excellent cosy kit
Comfortable, flexible, cosy lining that look good.
Zips on all pockets, which are all of a good size, capable of taking a wallet, phone and all my keys.
Keeps out the wind and rain.
All in all an excellent bit of kit that I have no problem recommending... indeed I have purchased a second pair.

These trousers are a size to big. I used Millets on-line sizing guide and was advised to buy large, I am usually a medium. The waist is 2 inches to big.

Size is true 34w = M, my only slight complaint would be the webbing belt comes loose but this is a minor flaw,

Ordered Small - waist measured 34".
Trying again with XS.
Great design but massively too big
I ordered medium for my 32 inch waist as small looked as if they might be a little tight according to the size guide. The trousers feel really comfortable and seem well made, but were XL when measured (100 cm, or just over 39 inches). Either they assume everyone is massively obese or they were wrongly labelled. Luckily I could return them for free with the Post Parcel Locker service.

Nice to find some good weight (not ligthweight) proper softshell trousers in black. The fabric has a decent stretch and will repel a light drizzle (but no more), they dry fairly quick. There's no hem adjuster or hanging loops, big miss!
Another mistake is the waist not high enough at the back.
Outdoor clothing is not fashion clothing, it needs to cover as much as possible so I had to go for the 34" to get the waist high enough at the back. Excuse me if I don't want to offer endless entertainment to the passer-by when climbing over the cross of a field boundary (or if I need to lace my shoes)
